Chinese community is an independent community website which aims provide news, events, and features of what’s going on in the Birmingham. The website is run on a voluntary basis and launched in Oct,2009 by a local journalism graduate, Ruihua (Blogger, journalist,MA online journalism, Birmingham City University.Chinese media consultant)with her team.
We recognised there were some local Chinese community organations in Birmingham , and their websites are serve for their activies.
Our website aims to let more British people to learn about new immgaration’s life in U.K. We hope by highlighting news, events,stories and those working to better the community we will encourage more British people to understand Chinese people’s culture and custom.
